- Supervise receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Ensure proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Supervise the receipts, unloading, and shelving of supplies
- Document creating from software in/out gate pass
- Coordinate with production department in order to receive order timely
- Supervise return deliveries from customer and update to relevant departments
- Must be aware of using stock module of ERP software and strong command in excel skills
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Timely closing of monthly expanse reports and posting in system accordingly
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly / yearly closing
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll record etc.
- Knowledge of MS office and customized accounting software
- Analyze and reconcile customers ledgers on weekly basis
- 1 year experience in accounts and audit department
