The Assistant Medical Nurse plays a critical role in facilitating patient care alongside managing schedules, appointments, and confidential medical records. While the position does not involve managing a team, it requires close collaboration with medical staff and administrative personnel to provide seamless support for the healthcare services within CME Mining Engineering. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support in patient care by assisting with medical procedures and monitoring patient status under supervision.
  • Manage and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately and promptly to maintain comprehensive patient documentation.
  • Maintain medical record keeping, ensuring that all documentation complies with legal and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate scheduling by managing appointments, medical tests, and follow-ups for patients and medical personnel.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing medical files using MS Office applications.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and administrative teams both verbally and in writing in English.
  • Manage office responsibilities including email handling, document filing, and maintaining office supplies related to medical operations.
  • Integrate personal assistance duties by efficiently managing daily schedules and supporting the workload of senior medical staff.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities by balancing clinical support and administrative functions with precision.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all patient information in compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, contributing positively to the work environment and patient experience.
  • Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively under the direct guidance of medical supervisors.
