We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SEO Specialist with a proven track record in technical SEO to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our website to improve its search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. With your deep understanding of technical SEO best practices and expertise in website analysis, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility and driving sustainable organic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical issues affecting search engine visibility, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
- Implement technical SEO optimizations, including XML sitemap optimization, robots.txt configuration, and canonical tag implementation.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify relevant target keywords and develop effective SEO strategies.
- Optimize website structure and architecture to improve crawlability and indexability, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure proper implementation of SEO elements, such as meta tags, structured data, and schema markup.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to identify trends, track keyword rankings, and measure the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in the SEO industry to ensure our strategies align with best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide insightful reports on SEO performance, presenting key metrics, trends, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong focus on technical SEO.
- In-depth knowledge of technical SEO elements, including website crawlability, indexability, and site architecture.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience with website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics, to extract valuable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with developers, content creators, and marketing teams.
