Job Description

Cobija industries looking for an HR Officer / Will be overseeing and managing the following duties:

  • Updating and developing Payroll and wages
  • Updating and developing Provident Fund
  • Updating and developing EOBI
  • Updating and developing Social Security
  • Updating Employees Personal Files
  • Employee relations by addressing issues such as grievances, demands or any other
  • Managing a performance assessment system to get high performance results
  • Updating, Analyzing, and developing the organization’s pay plan and benefits program

EXPERIENCE preferably in an Industrial,manufacturing or assembly unit.

  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook is needed,as well as knowledge of ERP database systems.
