Required: Admin Officer Junior/Senior
We are an international Construction company established in Pakistan, We are looking forward to hire Administrative Staff for our office in Islamabad and Nowshera .
He/She must have outstanding communication skills in English.
We are looking for two profiles, junior and senior to provide support on site (Nowshera) and main branch (Islamabad.)
- Support administrative duties in the site office.
- Good knowledge of the office package, mainly word and excel.
- Previous experience in ERP's (desirable but not necessary).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative department.
- Knowledge of how to deal with invoices and delivery notes and physical and digital records.
- Experience in construction is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree would be an asset.
- Must speak very fluent English
- Must read and write proper English with proper grammar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office
- ERP¨s Oracle and/or Navision.
- AP Accounting process & Purchase process posting experience, Payroll Experience
- Account background is an advantage.
- Degree in Business Administration or Related Field or Equivalent Work Experience is a must.
- Experience in construction is a plus.
- Used to working in an international environment with strict deadlines.
Both remunerations will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
