The job is for night shift only. Mon to Sat (10 PM to 7 AM)
•Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, the mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
•Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge.
•Bring leads and hunt new projects.
•Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
•Undertake desk-based research to support the Senior Managers in identifying new lead opportunities.
•Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
•Develop marketing campaigns to support the Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company product.
•Apply Companywide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
•To achieve monthly targets as per plan
•To provide support to Pillar head and other staff where required
•Communication with International Clients via Call/Chat/Email
•Excellent English Communication
•Business Development Experience
•Confidence and ability to achieve Sales Target
•Knowledge of Freelance Platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer.com)
•Knowledge of Digital Services (Website, Graphics, SEO, Content Writing
