We are looking for an online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process. Be able to proactively assesses & understand client needs. Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieving their business goals.
The person must have:
- Prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
- Strong communication skills, i.e. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Must have Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general and should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), with Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Graphic Design, Web Design & Web Application Development.
(The selected individual however will need to work only on Upwork and Freelancer.com for us.)
Job Specification:
- Generating lead/ business through online freelancing portal likes upwork, freelancer, etc.
- Draft emails and proposals for projects
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
- Should be comfortable in client interaction
- Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quartely targets.
- Being fully responsible for the bids in scope, managing time and prioritizing accordingly.- Honesty, Dedication and Hardworking
