Coder Crew is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager / Bidder to join the team!
Position: Business Development Manager / Bidder
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience and he could get business from online portals and direct marketing. candidates must have good writing and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English.
JOB AND INTERVIEW ARE IN-PERSON NOT REMOTE.
Responsibilities:
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Estimate the project price based on the requirement gathering
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
- Facilitate all interpersonal communication
- Manage interaction with clients efficiently
- Candidate should know to write proposals for projects
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
- Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and Capture new opportunities.
- Conduct seminars, and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors.
- Initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs.
- Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Benchmark state-of-the-art practices to recommend profit and service improvements.
- Working Experience in a software house is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science/Business Management/Marketing/Information Technology.
