Looking for a Business Developer specialist to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities. We expect you to be involved in careful strategic planning, present the business in appropriate markets and improve the business’s operations and reputation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Guru, People Per Hour, Fiverr,
Linked-in etc.
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Preparing proposal documents and quotations for customers.
- Study the market and the global benchmarks and identify the market trends and opportunities.
- Liaise with project coordinator in drafting project proposal and gathering requirement
- Communicating on the phone, chatting using applications - Zoom/Google Meet/Skype as per client’s preference.
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Must have good Speaking Skills for Cold Callings
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Meet the monthly quota of projects and aim to go above and beyond.
- Have to submit weekly progress reports
Requirements:
1 -1.5 years’ experience working as a business developer
- Must have experience with Freelancer portals like Upwork,Fiverr etc.
- Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
- Basic knowledge about software/web/mobile app development
- Strong negotiation skills
(optional) Must be Fluent in English for Cold Callings
