The ideal candidate should be responsible for:
- Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour).
- Acquiring business through outbound calling & email campaigns.
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, followup with client and closure.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Communicates
on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
- Maintain very high rating on all platforms.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep a strong follow up.
- Interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia.
- Convert the leads into sales opportunities.
-Maintain and update the CRM with accurate data on regular basis.
- Focused on customer satisfaction and ensure to resolve all the issues vigilantly.
- Willing to switch between Day and Night Shifts for US/EU Market.
