As a Sales / Business Development Executive (Fin-tech), you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and opportunities for the company’s fin-tech SaaS-based product.
We are looking for a seasoned fin-tech professional with proven success in selling solutions for small to mid to large-size financial and non-financial organizations.
Knowledge of the financial industry would be highly desirable.
• Work directly with customers via telephone and email to describe products, pricing, and services in order to persuade prospects to purchase
• Conduct online demos and close deals
• Educate customers on product offerings and services to improve their customer engagement and ongoing marketing
• The ability to build successful executive relationships with customers and prospects is a must, along with associated lead-generation partners
• Develop a deep understanding of product proposition and be able to articulate benefits and compelling events to prospects
• Work with the lead generation (BDR) function to maximize the quality and quantity of leads• Accurately report on sales pipeline on an ongoing basis
• Follow up with customers via telephone or email in a timely manner• Identify customer issues and provide resolution to issues for our customers
• Maintain accurate daily record of sales activity in CRM
