We are looking for the services of the " Telesales Representative" for a Real Estate Marketing Firm.
- Selected candidates have to perform excellent customer service to customers over the phone.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Answering queries of the customers.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services.
- Keeping record of all the calls and sales including customer profile.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Must be cool-tempered and able to handle rejections.
- Must have abilities to resolve issues and solve the problems
- Candidates having previous Real Estate Firm experience are encouraged to apply.
NOTE:
- On completion of a successful deal commission will also be paid.
