Role Overview
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing visually appealing designs and professional video content for digital platforms while maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging social media posts, banners, marketing creatives, and promotional materials
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, advertisements, reels, and YouTube
Create simple motion graphics and visual animations when required
Maintain consistency in branding and visual communication across digital platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to transform ideas into high-quality creative assets
Stay updated with design trends, content formats, and editing techniques to improve creative output
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience in video editing and social media content creation
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
High attention to detail with the ability to produce polished, high-quality work
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Portfolio required (applications without a portfolio may not be considered)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics
Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content styles
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing creatives

Specific Tasks
- Design social media creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create banners, promotional graphics, thumbnails, and marketing materials for digital campaigns
- Edit short-form videos including reels, ads, promotional clips, and social media content
- Edit long-form videos for YouTube, tutorials, company presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Add captions, transitions, basic animations, sound effects, and visual enhancements to videos
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing materials
- Work closely with the marketing and development team to execute campaign ideas and content requireme
- Organize and manage design files, project assets, and revisions efficiently
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality creative output on schedule
- Research social media trends and propose creative ideas for engaging content
