The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) is seeking a responsible and experienced AYA (Attendant/Assistant) to support daily routine tasks and maintain cleanliness within the organization. The ideal candidate must be literate with strong reading and writing skills and demonstrate punctuality and good behavior. This role requires an individual who is attentive to detail and capable of assisting with various operational activities to ensure a smooth and hygienic work environment.
This position does not involve managing a team, but requires effective time management and communication skills to coordinate with different departments and carry out assigned duties efficiently. The AYA is expected to be proactive in maintaining cleanliness standards and must exhibit reliability and dedication to support the institution's daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of designated areas within the facility to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Assist in daily routine tasks as assigned by supervisors, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Demonstrate punctuality and adherence to work schedules and organizational policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other staff to understand and fulfill operational needs.
- Use reading and writing skills to accurately document tasks performed and report any issues promptly.
- Support operational activities by preparing work areas, handling supplies, and ensuring equipment is clean and functional.
- Exhibit professional behavior and maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information encountered during duties.
- Participate in training or orientation sessions as required to enhance job performance and adherence to standards.
