We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative to engage with potential customers, provide product information, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products
- Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on company products, offers, discounts, and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Hand-on experience with MS. Office
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
