We are UK based company running our partial services from Islamabad office. Supplying Medical Staffing Doctors/Nurses to Hospitals / Nursing Homes based in UK. Hence require a “Business Development Executive” who ideally has fair understanding of UK culture and experience working in corporate environment with an exceptional command on English language.
The candidate will be working in the Marketing Department and will work closely alongside a talented team who aim to ensure the business development targets are achieved.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Pro-activity and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Excellent time management skills and a good eye for detail.
- Confidence to be proactive and innovative and ask questions where necessary.
- Resilience and ability to work through challenges and set-backs.
- An interest or background in business development role.
- Must have IT knowledge.
Job Description
- Tele-marketing/Cold-calling in order to create interest in services and generate new business.
- Day to day communication with clients.
- Filling and filing tenders
- Emailing clients where needed.
- Follow up continuously on all potential clients to advance them towards closing.
- Resolve escalated inquiries and complaints, taking responsibility for the action required where necessary.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to the clients.
- Distributes information received from client contact point to the team members as soon as possible and ensure that the team members are fully briefed on information received.
- Assure Target driven approach
