Job Description:

  • Preparing sales invoices & sending to customers using Softwares i.e. XERO, Tempaid and online portal provided by Factoring Provider.
  • Up-loading Invoices on XERO and online portals provided by Clients and Factoring Services.
  • Credit control
  • Inputting all transactions (invoices, payments, journals, etc) onto XERO
  • Preparing payments to suppliers Weekly and Monthly Basis
  • Preparing quarterly VAT returns & submission to UK office for approval before submission to  HMRC
  • Liaising with the Payroll/Consultants and reconciling the hours and Charge/Pay rates.
  • Preparing weekly/Monthly cash flow reports
  • Preparing Monthly and annual management accounts and Weekly reports for FD and MD.
  • Liaising with UK office, clients and Suppliers.
  • Preserving office records
  • Complete Bookkeeping, within accounts software for different Sites i.e. XERO.
  • Managing and keeping record of Petty Cash of different Sites.
  • Making Forecasting and predicted Cash Flows for different Sites.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and statements on weekly basis.
  • Other Various monthly reconciliations
  • Payroll analysis and reconciliations
  • Preparing information for Tender or any other submissions.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • The ideal candidate will preferably have good experience, as well as good organisational and communication and time management skills.
  • Ideally have 3 years bookkeeping/Accounting experience
  • Payroll experience
  • ACCA/CIMA Part or Full Qualified or Similar
  • Experienced with Accounting Software
  • Strong IT and data entry skills
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience working within a finance department.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines.
  • Team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
