Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR department, including guiding and supporting a team of 20 HR professionals and specialists.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and recruitment strategies, leveraging applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to attract qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee relations programs to maintain a positive work environment and address workplace issues promptly and fairly.
- Manage performance management systems ensuring clear expectations, timely evaluations, and development opportunities are available for all employees.
- Coordinate workforce planning activities to align staffing needs with organizational objectives and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies to minimize risk and maintain ethical standards.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, regularly reviewing market trends and internal equity to maintain competitive and fair packages.
- Design and implement onboarding and training programs that facilitate smooth integration and professional development of new and existing employees.
- Utilize HR information systems and audit and reporting tools to maintain accurate records, analyze HR metrics, and generate comprehensive reports for leadership.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance company effectiveness, employee engagement, and succession planning processes.
- Drive the use of HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve overall HR effectiveness and workforce productivity.
