• Manage data entry and analysis work in CHS Information System or online sheets Monitor and cross check the data entries by field staff
  • Troubleshoot data submission errors and data error issues and regularly maintain data back up Assist field staff in developing their monthly plans, presentations and monthly/weekly timesheets Support field staff in timely providing camp and other marketing material
  • Ensure timely development, submission of all payment requisitions (PRs), verified by Zls and follow-up for timely reimbursement
  • Be responsible for timely submission of all utility bills
  • Responsible for managing zonal petty cash and monthly reconciliation
  • Support admin related matters of the centers
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, fuel and log books
  • Maintain/update zonal HR status
  • Perform other work related duties assigned by the supervisor
