Manage data entry and analysis work in CHS Information System or online sheets Monitor and cross check the data entries by field staff
Troubleshoot data submission errors and data error issues and regularly maintain data back up Assist field staff in developing their monthly plans, presentations and monthly/weekly timesheets Support field staff in timely providing camp and other marketing material
Ensure timely development, submission of all payment requisitions (PRs), verified by Zls and follow-up for timely reimbursement
Be responsible for timely submission of all utility bills
Responsible for managing zonal petty cash and monthly reconciliation
Support admin related matters of the centers
Manage vehicle maintenance, fuel and log books
Maintain/update zonal HR status
Perform other work related duties assigned by the supervisor
