· Responsible to meet targets for patients and lab revenues.
· Maintain a current data list entered in the MIS of the universe of health related staff/providers in the territory
· Maintain a list of partner health providers who are visited regularly as per SOP to Inform them about center services and enter each visit detail in the MIS
· Recruit health care providers for network improvement and technical trainings
· Create and maintain a positive image of CHS and build trust among family physicians regarding the healthcare program
· Follow up with patients at their homes when required
· Organize camps/ mobile camps in clinics, communities and hospitals and report them in the MIS
· Responsible for all marketing initiatives in their territory and for recording these in the MIS
· Responsible to provide/update in MIS monthly work plan and camp plan before 20th of every month
· Perform other work related duties as assigned by supervisor
