Community Health Solutions is looking for Assistant Finance Executives to prepare, analyze, audit and report accounting information to provide quantitative intelligence on our financial performance. They support the Finance Department by managing day to day operational tasks to ensure transparency and financial governance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, statements, reports and general ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, compile P/L reports, balance sheets etc
- Examine, and analyze accounting records, business contracts and consumption reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to procedural standards
- Monitor and manage payable and receivables
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Compute, prepare and file tax returns, ensure regulatory compliance and reporting
Requirements:
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance)
- 1+ years of working experience in a similar role is preferred
- Hands on experience of Quick Books
- Hardworking with attention to detail
- Good MS Excel Skills
- Maintain confidentiality
