The Medical officer is responsible for overall center performance with regards to administrative, clinical and laboratory matters while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Responsible for the provision of complete, comprehensive and family-oriented care for patients including health examinations and TB treatment • Monitor clinic performance and find ways to improve both administratively and clinically • Develop and maintain the highest evidence based clinical and professional standards. • Train, motivate and oversee all clinicat the center • To establish and maintain teamwork and co-operation with the multidisciplinary team i.e. reception, treatment, radiology, field team etc. • To ensure all administrative and finical functions of the clinic are maintained as per company policy • To maintain quality care standards and procedures and meet audit requirements • Perform other work related duties assigned by the supervisor
