Habib Rafiq International (Pvt.) Ltd (HRI) is a member company of Habib Rafiq Group, which is well known both at national and international level. The group is currently represented by a team of 5000 professionals world over, working in the field of Construction, Chemicals, Textiles, Telecommunication and Information Technologies.

HRI was registered as independent private limited company in 1990 under Companies Ordinance 1984. The company is the PIONEER in the field of Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) operations for which it has joined hands, in January 2002, with PTCL, to launch DSL services in Pakistan on its behalf.
