We at Compass Design Co. are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer (Web & Mobile). The applicant should be able to work on the diverse nature of tasks/projects. Should be a team player with effective communication skills. Must be capable of multitasking and working under pressure with strict deadlines.
Your CV should be short and sweet. Your portfolio and body of work you’ve produced are far more important though. CVs without a portfolio will not be entertained.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2.5 years experience in web and mobile design
- Must have worked on UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
Must-Have:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Adobe XD
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3. Magento, WordPress, Shopping Cart / CMS Systems.
- Working experience with Invision.
