JOB SUMMARY:
Candidates have the responsibility of project deployment & customer Support. Primarily Deployment of Customer’s IT infrastructure of Huawei Servers, Storage, SAN Switch ,VMware Virtualization,, Backup Solutions (veeam/Commvault) ,Tape Library & other IT Hardware Software integration. Responsible for installing, and supporting the entire system & Customer support services after implementation.
Work as part of an IT team but the majority of their work is completed on their own.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Extensive working & Deployment Expertise on Servers, Storage (Huawei), Brocade SAN Switches, Tape libraries, Linux platforms Knowledge, Vmware virtualization, and Windows Server Operating on Datacenter deployment.
- Expertise in virtualization solutions like VMware vSphere virtualization / HCI Solution Concepts.
- Broad and deep experience with technologies like VMware vSphere.
- Experience with a variety of Server/Storage hardware vendors (Huawei/Dell/EMC/HP) , while preferred is Huawei.
- Storage configuration FC/ ISCSI , FC SAN Switch integration.
- Should have hands-on experience of Linux Operating Systems & its basic troubleshooting
- Planning and Designing of HLD/LLD Documents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills; ability to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Eager to learn new technologies and skills
- troubleshoots complex, integration and environment issues escalated from Customer
- Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Able to work under challenging environments and can sustain pressure
- Must have a proven record of Infrastructure Operations & deployment with expert-level skills for operations & maintenance of Hardware
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; extensive experience in creating quality documents and confidently presenting to project stakeholders (HLD/LLD/Project Documentation)
- Ability to work as part of a team; creative, positive, and innovative mindset.
- Contribute internally to the team, share knowledge and best practices with team members, contribute to internal projects and initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert.
