COMSATS Internet Services (CIS), Pakistan's pioneer ISP, invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates, for appointment on contract basis, against the post of General Manager (Billing) CIS Islamabad. Details of the said position and placement is as under.
- Ensure the smooth working and heavy monitoring of CIBS software so that issue raised can be fixed at the spot.
- Anticipate problems and initiate course of action to resolve.
- In case of any disturbance or complaint timely address and resolve/troubleshoot the issue properly.
- To maintain backup of information/database of CIBS and update it on regular basis.
- Logs all requests and provides monthly Key Performance Indicator reports demonstrating performance.
- Manage & maintain CIBS & WHMCS for all nodes.
- Supervise of all Billing Officials.
- Responsible of sending bills and resolve queries of wireless, email, fiber optic, co-location, VPS & VAS clients at Islamabad.
- Prepare different reports for managerial purpose.
- Reconcile the CIBS data with Accounts department for Revenue / Expense report.
- Coordinate between sales, customer support and technical section.
- Generate and forward list of WHMCS clients to Node Heads & Sales team.
- Provide inputs to software team for billing software.
- Verification of deposit made in JS Bank
- Verify the sales reports of sales persons as and when needed.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Reviews billing and coding reports and takes action when indicated.
- Communicate professionally with clients for providing accurate information and timely responds to inquiries and completion of assignments.
- Investigate and sort out billing errors and resolve discrepancies.
- Track status of invoices uploaded identify all issues and works with Billing staff and Seniors to address client deductions and other issues
- Assist with special projects as needed.
