COMSATS Internet Services (CIS), Pakistan's pioneer ISP, invites applications from qualified and experienced Retired Army Officer Rank (Subedar), for appointment on contract basis against the post of Recovery Executive for its offices located at Islamabad, Sialkot/Narowal, Gujranwala/Gujrat, Lahore, Multan/Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Karachi/Sukkur & Peshawar. Details of the said position and placement is as under.
Job Description:
- Making calls to the customers for recovery, resolving customer’s queries and report to the concerned department to fulfill client’s need for recovery prospective.
- Ensure daily follow-up from clients for recovery and to maintain log for reference.
- Daily, Weekly and monthly report regarding payment, dues, pending issues.
- Communicate, set payment date and collect payment from allocated customers as per arrangement.
- Contact & frequent customer visit to ensure optimum collection.
- Managing large amount of inbound and outbound calls, emails and phone queries on daily basis and in a timely manner.
- Should have ability to meet recovery targets and to handle pressure.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensive way.
- Maintain record of all settlements, daily recoveries made with the customers.
- Ensure strict tracing of customers.
- Consultation with node head for any issue pertaining to customers.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisor / node head.
