Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) situated in Bahria ,Rawalpindi. Based on our past success and continuous growth in business, Comtanix is looking to further expand its operations.
Currently we are looking for experienced Recruitment Officer to manage hiring activities such as jobs advertisement, screening cvs, shortlisting candidate, conducting interviews etc.
Responsibilities:
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates.
• Develops and updates job descriptions with managers
• Screens and filters candidate resumes and applications
• Conducts interviews, Coordinates with interview teams and candidates
• Work with the HR to create and develop recruiting and turnover reports for hiring managers and HR team regarding open searches, hiring statistics and costs
• Manages applicant tracking system and ensures accurate records on recruiting activities for positions at all levels
• Employees hiring and backup employees for emergency coverage.
• Meet visitors and look after the front desk
• Contributes to the need of the HR department by completing general tasks as needed
Education:
BBA, MBA (HRM)Experience: 01 to 02 years of working experience in the same field
Skills:
• Strong Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook skills
• Ability to multitask in fast pace environment
• Excellent English Communication
Timings: 2pm to 11pm
