Conatural Beauty Pvt Ltd, a skin and hair care brand are looking to expand their team with female client service representatives. Eligible candidates should have excellent writing and oral English skills, a minimum of an Intermediate degree, as well as minimum two years experience in client services/and or sales. The candidate must have good computer skills, including handling social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Manage all customer queries on the phone
• Manage social media handles: Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Ensure that all customer queries are responded too.
• Provide training to all outlet staff and to sales staff on how to manage sales and respond to customers.
• Oversee all return packages and instruct the sales team to ensure the products are either sent back to customer, restocked with dispatch team and that there is strict monitoring on pilferage.
• Assist in hiring of additional BA’s.
• Maintain liaison with dispatch team to facilitate and ensure timely.
• Delivery of products to customers.
• Register complaints of clients and report back to senior management.
• Resolve customer complaints and find solutions on how to ensure that customer queries and complaints are dealt with.
• Take the lead on representing Conatural at any festivals or markets and manage Conatural presence from securing the booth, to display and sales to customers.
• Find new leads on any upcoming festivals, trade shows or markets that Conatural should represent at and discuss with Senior management.
• Advise customers on the location, selection, price, delivery, use and care of goods available from the online store, with the aim of encouraging them to buy and to return to buy in the future.
• Ability to educate customers on the product range and help customers to find the goods the products of their choice.
• Request customers on a testimonial and ask them to share their experience with CONATURAL products.
• Advise on the availability of stock and any special promotions to customers.
• Take special orders for items not currently in stock, or not normally stocked, and notify customers when the items have arrived.
• Ensure that the store stock is stacked in tidy way.
• Be aware of health, safety and welfare issues and practices.
• Liaise with back office staff (packaging staff) regarding status of stock.
• Safeguard customer information, update customer information and ensure that customer personal information is not shared or released to any outside source
