Cafe / Restaurant Manager

Concept Beverages Pvt Ltd is a UK Based company launching in Lahore, Pakistan with one of its high-demand brands. (Name will be revealed very soon via digital and print media). We are looking for young and energetic staff to run the daily operations of the café.

For now, we are launching with 1 brand with a couple of Add-Ons, and later we will be introducing all of our brands. It will be a great opportunity for talented individuals to grow with us in the local market while gaining exposure of an International Brand.

Responsibilities of Café Manager

· Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe

· Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment (Initial basic training will be provided by Concept Beverages Pvt Ltd but you must have hands-on experience of machines).

· Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients)

· Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses

· Suggest & Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences

· Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service

· Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy

· Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Requirements

· Work experience as a Cafe Manager or Barista

· Good math skills

· Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

· Customer service attitude

· High school diploma

· Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus

Location of Café: Gullberg

Morning Shift: 9am to 6pm

Night Shift: 6pm to 3am
