Position Summary
We are seeking an AI Automation & Full-Stack Specialist to lead the technical development of automation products, AI agents, and web platforms.The ideal candidate will combine strong AI automation and full-stack development skills to design, build, and deploy scalable, intelligent solutions that simplify business processes and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities 1. AI Automation & Agent Development-
Build and deploy AI-powered automation agents for business workflows.

Develop AI chatbots using OpenAI, LangChain, Twilio, and WhatsApp API.

Automate workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Python scripts.

Integrate AI models with third-party tools and client systems.
-
Optimize automation performance and accuracy.

Develop and maintain dashboards and portals using React / Next.js / Node.js / Python.

Build RESTful APIs and scalable backend architectures.
-
Manage databases (Firebase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) ensuring high performance.

Implement authentication, access control, and security protocols.
-
Ensure responsive and smooth user experiences across platforms.

Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces using Figma / Adobe XD.

Implement modern, responsive designs with TailwindCSS.
-
Translate business needs into functional, user-friendly experiences.

Deploy and manage solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel.

Configure CI/CD pipelines and maintain Git workflows.

Monitor performance, uptime, and system security.

Manage server scalability, backups, and reliability.

Maintain documentation for codebases, APIs, and workflows.

Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Participate in innovation discussions and solution design.
