Confiz is looking for a dynamic, motivated and initiative-driven resource, excited to strengthen interpersonal, analytical & people-management skills.
Job Description:
- Manage medical Insurance for new hires, filing claims and providing assistance for current employees; liaison for adding/deleting employees.
- Manage life insurance for new hires and leaving employees.
- Manage time and attendance system and generate weekly/monthly attendance reports.
- Manage leave balances for all employees.
- Handling day to day queries / issues of employees.
- Employee data management.
- Employee personnel filing management.
- Compile letters, templates, designs, layouts, contract documents with suppliers, employees, trainers, trainees, candidates etc.
- Conduct all administrative on-boarding for new hires.
- Process Final Settlements of all leavers.
- Any other task as assigned by the Manager HR.
Required:
- Bachelor / Masters in HRM or Business Management
- Multi-tasking & positive attitude with high work ethic
- High level proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
