Job Description

Qualification: Bachelors in Law or Business-related fields required. Masters preferred

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a law office, remote office, call center or corporate setting in a managerial position. Experience working with international clients highly preferred.

Skills: Proficient in Spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills. Leadership quality. Team player. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self starter. Ability to follow directions.

  • Managing a team if 6-10 staff members in remote data entry tasks.
  • Communicating tasks between clients and staff members.
  • Assigning and supervising tasks.
  • Reviewing tasks before submitting to client.
  • Organizing team-building activities.
  • Maintaining HR ledger.
  • Preparing quarterly work reports and financial reports.
  • Preparing business plans for clients.
