Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing big amount deals, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new customers, generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and grow revenue from existing accounts.
Conduct market research and keep up to date with industry trends and competition.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate deals to close sales.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales and achieve revenue targets.
Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and technical staff to achieve company goals.
Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to represent the company and generate new business.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on closing big amount deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours when necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce or other CRM software.
