About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Cold Outreach & LeadGeneration Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh candidates orindividuals starting their career in sales, marketing, or business development who want to gainpractical experience in lead generation, cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and B2B salesoperations.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain prospect lists based on target audience and business requirements
Send cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and outreach campaigns using provided tools
and scripts
Support cold calling activities for basic introductions and lead qualification
Maintain, organize, and update lead information in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce,
etc.)
Follow up with prospects to improve engagement and response rates
Track daily and weekly outreach performance metrics
Research companies, industries, and decision-makers
Assist in outreach testing and campaign optimization
Responsibilities
- Requirements :
02 years of experience (Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are
encouraged to apply)
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or outreach processes
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and spreadsheets
Willingness to learn CRM systems and sales automation tools
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and a positive attitude
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Internship or prior exposure to sales, marketing, customer service, or virtual assistance
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or outreach tools
Basic understanding of B2B sales and business communication
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Outreach volume and consistency
Response and engagement rate improvement
CRM data accuracy and organization
Contribution toward booked meetings and qualified leads
