Job Description

We Are Looking For HR Manger with 2 to 3 2-3 years working in Software / IT Industry on relevant position. Who can Take complete ownership of the OD, Planning, Recruitment, HCM, Admin and Operations issues to develop and maintain a high performance Organizational Culture.

·         Organizational Modeling and Organogram Development

·         Strategic Workforce Planning and Budgeting

·         Creation of Balanced Scorecard, OKRs and KPIs

·         Development and Implementation of SOPs, HR Policies & best Practices

·         Development & Implementation of quantitative and qualitative performance accounting &    management system

·         Development of an Agile team structure with succession planning

·         Management of 360⁰ Recruitment Cycle

·         Assessment and Evaluation training for the interviewers-         

·         Team Building, Talent Mapping, Compliance, Employee relations, Culture                       

·         Development and performance management.

·         Plan and operate summer internship programs

·         Develop HR team for a People Centric organization

·         Issuance of Forms, Letters, Contracts/Non-Disclosure Agreements.

·         Conduct Quarterly Performance Evaluation

·         Handle the appraisals and promotions, Conduct TNA.

·         Look after the administrative issues of the office

·         Maintain an enabling office environment & culture

·         Look after the efficient Implementation of Policies and Procedures

·         Project Management and follow up for Efficient Operations

·         Manage the HCM System, Manage leaves, Appraisals, Track training &

·         Development, HR Branding

·         Conduct Employee Engagement Activities and Team Building Sessions

·         Organize Employee Counseling & Motivational Programs

·         Conduct Professional Excellence Training Sessions

·         Maintain a Friendly & Professional level of contact with employees at all levels to foster respectful, trustworthy and credible relationships

·         Conduct Bi-yearly Employee 360* Feedback surveys

·         Handle Grievances & problems

·         Develop career progression programs for talent acquisition, performance management and retention.

·         Design & execute effective employee reward and recognition program to build and maintain a performance oriented Culture.

·         Handle new employee Onboarding

·         Conduct employee exit Interview.
