Job Description:
Providing excellent and prompt client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Answer emails and phone calls to troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with our web hosted VOIP product and services. Ensure that clients are proactively serviced in order to maintain successful long term business relationships. Provide after-hours support when needed.
