Key Responsibilities

Blog Writing & SEO Content
Create weekly blog posts that focus on EMS student life, preparation tips, and equipment recommendations. Topics may include “What to Pack for EMT School,” “How to Pass EMT Class,” and “Best Stethoscope for EMTs.” Apply SEO best practices by optimizing headlines, subheaders, metadata, and internal linking to boost search engine rankings. Work closely with the SEO lead to develop pillar content and related blog clusters. Maintain a clear, professional, and supportive tone that resonates with EMS students.

Social Media Management
Develop and schedule daily posts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Transform blog content into engaging short-form videos, graphics, and carousel posts tailored to EMS students. Write captions that effectively promote MedTech’s kits, tools, and values while connecting with the target audience. Track engagement metrics regularly and adjust content strategies to increase reach and foster community growth.

Collaboration & Branding
Collaborate with the SEO lead, marketing, and operations teams to ensure all content aligns with quarterly goals. Consistently represent MedTech’s brand voice, which is approachable, professional, and student-centered. Support content creation for campaign launches including website updates, the EMT Directory, and the Training Monitor app.

Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in content writing, blogging, or journalism is essential. Strong knowledge of SEO techniques such as headline crafting, on-page optimization, and keyword integration is required. Demonstrated ability to create content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Excellent writing skills with the capability to simplify technical EMS topics into accessible language for students. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in healthcare, EMS, or higher education marketing is advantageous. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000. The position provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven organization dedicated to EMS student success.
