We are currently seeking a dedicated Control Room Operator to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control power plant operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Respond promptly to alarms and operational issues, implementing appropriate corrective measures.
- Coordinate with field personnel and other departments to maintain seamless plant operations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all operational activities and incidents.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying operational risks and recommending enhancements.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in shift handovers, effectively communicating critical information to incoming personnel.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in control room operations within the power generation or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of power plant systems, processes, and control technologies.
- Ability to work reliably in a 24/7 shift environment with flexibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making under pressure.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with operational standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
