We’re Hiring: Administrative / Personal Assistant (Remote)
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team Remotely at Migraid, a nonprofit immigration legal services organization based in Houston, Texas.
This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be working closely with our executive team, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, assist with client communication, and handle administrative tasks that keep our mission moving forward.
Working Hours:
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Houston Time)
- Equivalent to 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
- Work Type: Remote
- Compensation: PKR 60,000 per month
Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing digital files
- Assisting with client communication and follow-ups
- Coordinating between departments and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supporting management with daily operational tasks
- Preparing and maintaining administrative documents
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Familiarity with Click up, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
- Prior admin or virtual assistant experience is a plus
