We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an “MTO L&D (Learning & Development)”. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills along with confidence in public speaking. He/She should possess an extrovert personality and a go-getting attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing training programs.
Design training materials, presentations, manuals, and handouts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure training engagement.
Document training processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Increase team member engagement through the provision of learning and development opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

The candidate must have 6 months of experience in the relevant field.
The candidate should possess confidence in Public Speaking.
Strong Documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
BBA in HR (MBA will be preferred) is required for this position.
