Job Description


  • Assist and manages all company social media accounts management

  • Assist team in Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.

  • Coordinates social media messaging with content and design teams and proofread by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.

  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

  • Works with other teams to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

  • Learn and effectively use of CRM tools and customer preference analyses, data mining and provide insightful recommendations for engagements via social media, phone calls, and different communication mediums.

  • Regularly review and take action to engage discontinued customers and work as the first point of contact for such customers.

  • Design, build, execute, and measure surveys, polls, and other feedback collection methods to capture customer feedback on targeted ideas and opportunities.

  • Regular monitoring of the competitor social media sites and creating an analysis report.


Requirements



  • Must be a technology lover.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong command on the English language (Spoken and Written)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
