We are looking for experienced team communication and engagement specialist to join our growing HR team. In this new role, you’ll be driving the strategy for all engagement and communication activities across the company and collaborating with marketing to help attract and retain top talent.

Responsibility

  • Drive an employee-centric mindset across the business.
  • Advice, mentor, and guide people leaders and supervisors to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations.
  • Develop measures and feedback methodology for all communication initiatives and processes to ensure continual improvement.
  • Develop and deliver internal communications to engage and communicate key initiatives, launches, and announcements.
  • Design and produce events, both in-person and online, to engage Talent and differentiate the company from our peers in the field and build our brand.
  • Deliver high-quality and creative content that engages current and future team members in our strategy, culture, stories, and initiatives.
  • Ensure team communications among cross-functional departments to be engaging, accurate, and timely, and aligned to our strategy.
  • Use analytics and feedback to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and recruitment activities.
  • Provide career and "next placement" counseling, Strengths Coaching, and other Talent development activities.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in the capacity of Employer Branding, Employee Engagement and Relations, preferably in the Technological Industry.
  • BBA/MBA (preferred) in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing different communications channels and platforms concurrently.
  • Comfortable using a broad range of technology to bring efficiencies to the human resource process.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies and plans.
  • Superior communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver high-quality effective strategic communication.
  • A critical thinker who can approach tasks in a holistic manner, ability to see the bigger picture, and apply marketing and communication skills across a broad range of human resources areas.
