Responsibilities
- Optimize Recruitment Pipelines & Interviews
- Create a Values-driven Organisational Culture
- Symbolise, Live and Communicate organisational values
- Create Policy Frameworks for every part of organisation related to People
- Create frameworks for competence & skills identification, measurement & development
- Research, prepare and conduct trainings related to orientations, culture, values and skillsets
- Listen, empathise, categorise, and communicate organisation wide feedback
- Create frameworks for Performance Appraisal
- Compensation planning
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR department with understanding, exposure and experience with Culture, Values, Development & Policy.
- Qualifications in Psychology and/or HRM
- Empathetic & Strategic in nature
- Morality & Values driven
Preferences
- Jungian & Behavioural Psychology
