A reputed software house is looking for a project manager/Client coordinator to join the team.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills (english) and have the ability to work night shifts (6:00PM to 3:00AM)
Main responsibilities will include:
-Customer acquisition (website design, Social media, mobile application)
- speaking to new customers interested in our services.
-Drafting proposals-Managing projects
-Coordinating with existing and new clientele
- Phone and email correspondence
- Conveying project details to the dedicated team
- preparing reports
- Create strategies on refining models to achieve customer satisfaction
- make sure deadlines are met
Individuals having American and European market experience are preferred.
Having knowledge of design and development is a plus
