Cement Plant Consultant

This position requires assistance and advice to Core Driller's Mining Company in establishing of new Cement Plant in Afghanistan. The consultant shall be responsible for all technical review of cement proposal and a direct coordniantor with our Turkish business partner in term of proposal technical review and development. The consultant will report to the Managing Director of Core Drillers.

1. Responsible for propsal development and reivew with Core Drillers international business partner.

2. Provide technical support and contribution to cement proposal development.

3. Reviw and monitor the activities of EPC contractors and state its decision based on the suitibality of the machinery selection.

4. Technical and professional advises in cement sector about development the project.

5. Technical Presentation of Core Drillers project in any government, private, national and international platforms

6. Technical presentation of Core Drillers project to the investors

7. Provide technical consultancies on various brands of machineries such as production rate, life of machinery, cost effectiveness, environmental and social acceptance and others.

8. Due diligence and cross checking of price, quality, production, energy consumption and efficiency of proposed machineries by Core Drillers business partner.

9. Closely work with the team of geologists, mineral economist, civil engineers and chemcial engineers of the company.
