We are an innovative and rapidly expanding Web3 startup dedicated to creating a cutting-edge decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Solana blockchain. Our platform stands out by integrating an AI-powered trading-signal bot designed to automate and enhance trading strategies through the latest advancements in blockchain technology and generative AI. We are looking for a talented Solana developer to join our fully remote team and help build secure, scalable, and high-performance decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Solana programs using Rust, leveraging frameworks such as Anchor or ElizaOS.
- Work closely with the AI engineering team to integrate intelligent, autonomous trading agents into the platform’s architecture.
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance core features for both the decentralized exchange and the AI trading signal bot.
- Architect secure, efficient, and scalable systems on Solana to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Write modular, testable, and well-documented Rust code that interacts seamlessly with Solana DeFi protocols.
- Optimize compute-unit consumption, improve program security, and enhance on-chain performance to reduce transaction fees and latency.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of practical experience in Solana development.
- Strong proficiency in Rust programming; familiarity with TypeScript for off-chain services is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Solana development frameworks like Anchor or ElizaOS, especially for integrating agentic systems.
- Knowledge of AI agents or autonomous system design is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Solana DeFi primitives, trading bots, and crypto market dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment with a self-driven, collaborative, and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience optimizing Solana RPC, implementing arbitrage strategies, and executing trading signals.
- Previous involvement in Solana-based DEXs, trading bots, or liquidity protocols.
- Contributions to open-source Solana or DeFi projects are a plus.
- This is a full-time remote role offering a competitive monthly salary in the range of Rs200,000 to Rs250,000.
