Duties:
- Review of RFQ / Tender Documents received from Business Team and preparation of proposals (technical & financial) and its submission to Client in accordance with Tender Requirement
- Preparation of Draft Contracts / vetting of Contracts received from Clients and ensure managing of all documentation of Contract (Hardcopy + Soft)
- Keep up to date profile of Company its binding / spiral etc and submission to prospective client (hard & soft) where necessary
- Should have Computer Savy, requires preparation of different kind of reports & presentation etc. (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Experience Dealing with Vendor, issuance of Purchase Orders, invoice processing, liaison with Finance for its timely clearance.
- Good Knowledge of operating computer and Fluent in Microsoft Office (MS-Word & MS-Exel)
- The candidate must have a good command on Admin, Procurement and Contract management with an experience of 2-3 years.

- Report & technical writing skills
- Have basic knowledge of relevant engineering tools and software
- Power distribution and analysis, building management systems, ELV systems
