Core2plus (software House) is looking for an "ODOO TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT" to join our enthusiastic and highly motivated team. ODOO consultant plays a role in effectively implementing software at workplace. A techno-functional consultant can get work done as he may be good enough in comprehending the technical and functional aspects of the software.

Responsibilities:

The applicant should have some familiarity with the capabilities and operations of Odoo, particularly versions 16, as well as a strong background in Odoo development
To effectively map customer needs and business operations with Odoo, analyze both and serve as a business consultant and consumer advisor
Decide which requirements require development and which require implementer configurations
Whole system implementation and advanced configurations should be carried out
Provide complete & professional documentation for tasks needing development
Follow up with developers and test the developed modules and services
Assist the client throughout the entire delivery process, from programming to go-live
Through one sessions, instruct clients on how to utilize Odoo effectively
Provide on-site or online functional training for Odoo
Modules, projects, products, and interfaces for Odoo (Open ERP) are designed, developed, and tested. Maintaining

Skills:

Interacting with client teams and producing SRS/BRD documents should be possible.
The team members and customers should be able to communicate with you both vocally and in writing in decent English.
Adequate project resource planning and estimation, including project
Should be well familiar with the Odoo 16 frameworks and have knowledge of latest coding standards

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field of technology

Work Experience 4 years
Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
Complete understanding of ERP and open source concepts
Excellent planning and communication skills
Experience with Odoo customization, configuration, and migration
Object-oriented programming skills and technical knowledge in Python, JavaScript, XML Odoo certifications, preferably in one of the most recent versions (v16)
