Our company is looking for Call Center Managers in Islamabad. The manager will be responsible for meeting target sales for the company. Must have:
- Minimum 5 years experience is required.
- Fluent in speaking english.
- Skills to convert leads to sales
- Train agents to convince customers in making sales
- Must be able to manage 4-10 agents at a time
- Increase monthly targets and sales graph for the company
Base Salary Rs: 50,000
Plus 5% commission on every sale done by agent
Commission will be paid in dollar value as follows:
If every agent makes $1000 sales per month and if you manage 10 agents then you make:
You commission is: 5% * 10 * 1000 = $500
Total Salary: $500 + Rs:50,000
